SO/ Sotogrande, a luxurious resort located in the beautiful Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. As a Spa Therapist at SO/ Sotogrande, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa experiences to our discerning guests, helping them achieve relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, facials, and other wellness therapies
• Perform cosmetic treatments
• Customize treatments to meet individual guest needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming spa environment
• Educate guests on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products
• Assist in the reception area, including booking appointments and answering inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth spa operations and guest satisfaction
• Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques to enhance service offerings
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client files

• Diploma or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
• Previous experience as a spa therapist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in various massage techniques and body treatments
• Strong knowledge of skincare and wellness practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create a calm and relaxing environment for guests
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
• Additional certifications in specific spa treatments (preferred)
• Knowledge of spa and beauty industry trends
• Fluency in English and Spanish, other languages is a plus
• Physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day
