• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, facials, and aromatherapy, adhering to the highest standards of quality and hygiene
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and any health concerns
• Customize treatments to address specific guest requirements and ensure their comfort throughout the session
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in treatment rooms and spa areas
• Educate guests on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate products for home use
• Actively participate in retail sales by suggesting suitable spa products to guests
• Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless spa operations and guest satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize productivity
• Provide detailed feedback and maintain accurate guest records for personalized future treatments

• Certified as Spa Therapist
• With 2-5 years of experience in the same field in hotel industry
• With good English communication skills
• With pleasing personality and a well focused individual
• Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task
