Are you passionate about wellness and dedicated to providing exceptional spa experiences? We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Spa Therapist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering rejuvenating treatments and creating a serene atmosphere for our valued guests.

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, and facials, tailored to each guest's needs and preferences
• Consult with guests to understand their wellness goals and recommend appropriate services
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing environment in treatment rooms and spa areas
• Educate guests about our spa products and treatments, offering professional advice on skincare and wellness
• Ensure a smooth flow of appointments and manage time effectively between treatments
• Collaborate with the spa team to create a tranquil and luxurious ambiance
• Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques to enhance service offerings
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain proper documentation of treatments
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by providing exceptional customer service

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Masseuse, preferably in a luxury or hotel spa setting
• Certification in massage therapy or beauty therapy
• Expertise in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, discreet, and attentive nature with a focus on guest well-being
• In-depth knowledge of spa products and treatments
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform multiple treatments throughout the day
• Ability to create and maintain a calm, relaxing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Familiarity with local cultural norms and expectations in spa settings
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
