What you will be doing:

• Deliver a wide range of spa and massage treatments tailored to guest needs, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

• Consult with guests to understand their wellness goals and recommend appropriate services.

• Uphold the highest hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas.

• Maintain detailed knowledge of spa offerings, products, and promotions.

• Support a tranquil, luxurious spa ambiance that aligns with the MGallery essence of elegance and personalized care.

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Masseuse, preferably in a luxury or hotel spa setting

• Certification in massage therapy or beauty therapy

• Expertise in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Warm, discreet, and attentive nature – always focused on guest well-being
