Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in our spa facility. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure our guests have a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

  • Warmly greet and register guests, ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Manage spa appointments and bookings efficiently using our spa management software
  • Provide comprehensive information about our spa services, treatments, and packages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Process payments accurately and maintain detailed financial records
  • Assist in organizing and promoting special events and seasonal promotions
  • Ensure guest safety and comfort by adhering to all spa policies and procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with spa therapists and other staff members to deliver exceptional service
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage inventory of spa products and retail items
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, consistently exceeding guest expectations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in spa management software and basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and services
  • First Aid certification preferred
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • High level of responsibility and reliability
  • Ability to focus on guest needs while maintaining a courteous and empathetic demeanor
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for wellness and customer service
