Spa Manager

We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to join Rixos Radamis Hotel - Sharm El Sheikh. Under the guidance of the Regional Director of Spa & General Manager, the Spa Manager will be in charge of the hotel wellness facility and managing its operations and business sides:

• You’ll manage and oversee spa operations of the spa facilities to ensure successful achievement of overall business goals and objectives.
• You’ll ensure an excellent spa and guest experience.
• You’ll ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently.
• You’ll implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained.
• You’ll develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa.
• You’ll develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies.
• You’ll work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions.
• You’ll ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and hygiene standards.
• You’ll maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques.

• Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management
• Two years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team
• In depth knowledge of spa therapy
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
