• Provides quality spa service to guests by checking on their satisfaction, and needs all of which are by hotel standards.
• Explains and upsells different spa treatments and facilities, presents menu, and makes suggestions.
• Performs spa booking, and cashiering functions, maintains cleanliness and set-up of spa, and ensures the safety and well-being of guests.

• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or any related field is an asset.
• Minimum of  one (1) year experience working in a spa at a luxury hotel is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills, guest-focused with a passion for standards excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Opera, and Microsoft Office applications.
• In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
