Job Description

  • Solicit Wholesale and leisure accounts directly and jointly with others through the preparation, execution and completion of Action Plans.
  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
  • Assist strategically in implementing, driving and managing all hotel related sales initiatives to pro-actively generate and maximize business and revenue.
  • Provide feedback to ADOS/DOS/DOSM on changing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in their market areas. 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration and/or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 2-year sales management experience preferably in a luxury/upscale market setting.
  • Strong knowledge and solid connections in Leisure and Wholesale segments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills at all levels, socially articulate in a business sense.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language is a definite plus.
  • Proactive with a passion for luxury hospitality.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mind-set with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
