• Supports Dive Center (Assistant) Manager and acts as the person in charge when the Manager is on leave.
• Ensure task completion as per daily briefing, dive & watersports manager instructions and Company SOP.
• Guarantee at any time the guests and other staff safety during activities.
• Promptly and appropriately, react in case of an emergency.
• Professionally interact pro-actively and positively with guests at any time.
• Provide all information about excursions, diving, watersports to guests.
• Promote and upsell diving courses, watersports activities and other excursions.
• Answer calls professionally providing complete information and promoting activities.
• Follow up, reporting guest complaints up to Dive Center Manager.
• Give engaging and complete briefing to guests with particular emphasis to safety briefings.
• Guide diving, courses, and excursions activities according to PADI and Company standards and SOP, always with maximum focus on safety and service quality.
• Whenever required help other team members.
• Fulfil all paperwork requirement as per SOP and verbal instructions.
• Maintenance and hygiene of the equipment and the facility.
• Keep Dive & Watersports Manager updated with regards to number of stocks, gear, spares and other equipment
• Update bookings on the following day, make planning and communicate with team.
• Checking the arrival in-house guest list in MOR, emails and bills to ensure proper closing and posting.
• Conforms to policies and procedures, laid down by the Company and carry on duties & responsibilities as directed by the reporting Manager/ Supervisor.
• Ensure that all communications are properly conveyed up and down the scale of command.

1. PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) or above, including Enriched Air Instructor: To ensure the ability to teach a wide variety of PADI specialty courses.
2. Aqualung Technician Certification: This should be a compulsory requirement. 
3. Dive Compressor Operation and General Maintenance: Proficiency in operating and maintaining dive compressors is a must.
4. Minimum Two Years of Teaching Experience; previous working experience in a resort environment in the Maldives is preferred.
5. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills, enabling the candidate to assist with office and administrative tasks when needed.
6. Sales and Customer Service Experience: Ability to promote courses, dive packages, and excursions to guests.
7. Logistics and Inventory Management: Experience in managing dive schedules, boat logistics, and dive center inventory.
