Security Supervisor

Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick  Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick's rich culinary legacy. - Oversee daily security operations and manage a team of security personnel
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures tailored to the unique challenges of Baghdad
- Conduct regular risk assessments and update security measures accordingly
- Liaise with local law enforcement and relevant government agencies
- Train and mentor security staff on best practices, emergency procedures, and use of security equipment
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Investigate and report security incidents, providing detailed documentation and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local security regulations
- Coordinate security for special events or high-profile visitors
- Conduct regular security drills and emergency response exercises
- Stay informed about the local security situation and adjust strategies as needed

- 2-5 years of experience in security management, preferably in high-risk environments
- Excellent knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining modern security technologies and surveillance systems
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations
