Job Description

  • Drive sales efforts to attract and secure wedding clients for the property, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential wedding clients, vendors, and event planners.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with couples to understand their wedding requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and present customized wedding packages that meet client needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., catering, banquets, operations) to ensure seamless execution of weddings.
  • Manage the wedding sales process from initial inquiry to booking and follow-up after the event.
  • During the off-season, take responsibility for other event segments, including catering, social events, corporate events, and any other special events hosted at the venue.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to attract wedding clients.
  • Attend wedding expos, bridal shows, and networking events to promote the property and increase visibility.
  • Monitor trends in the wedding industry and adjust strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on wedding bookings, client feedback, and event performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or event planning, particularly in weddings or social events
  • Strong understanding of wedding trends, market demands, and event logistics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and event management software (e.g., Delphi, Opera)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing client needs
  • Previous experience in wedding sales or event management is a plus
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required.
