Sales Manager - MICE & Leisure

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business from MICE and leisure segments
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales calls whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct site inspections, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and customise packages focusing on client preferences
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to achieve set revenue targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote MICE and leisure packages through various channels

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with minimum 3 years' experience in MICE and leisure sales, preferably in hospitality
• Proven track record in MICE and leisure sales, including event planning and strategy development
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to interpret market trends and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Thai and English language
• Knowledge of Thai hospitality market and Bangkok's MICE and leisure sector
