Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - International to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a key member of our global sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving international sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team across multiple markets.

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners worldwide
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Negotiate complex deals and contracts with international clients
  • Travel internationally to attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in global markets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued
  • Japanese language proficiency is preferred
  • In-depth understanding of global market trends and international business practices
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time)
  • Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach
