We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the Bengaluru region, You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets and business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional performance and maintain high levels of engagement and accountability
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales approaches
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals with key accounts and new business prospects
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skill set and career development
- Maintain and customize CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management on a regular basis
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and market demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices across the region
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in sales management or senior sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed, decisive business decisions
- Proven expertise in territory management and regional sales operations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru region or South India market dynamics
- Knowledge of industry-specific sales practices relevant to your sector
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Certification in sales management or related professional development programs
