Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet client requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
  • Understanding of the local market in Mumbai and surrounding areas
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sales certifications are preferred but not required
  • Willingness to travel within the Mumbai metropolitan area as needed
