Do what you love, care for the world

• Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols throughout the hotel premises, including public areas, back-of-house, and guest rooms.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or security breaches, promptly reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide a visible and approachable presence in public areas, assisting guests and employees with safety-related inquiries and concerns.
• Respond to emergency situations, such as medical incidents, fires, evacuations, and security threats, following established protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Front Office, Engineering, and Housekeeping, to address safety-related matters and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct safety training sessions for hotel staff, promoting a culture of safety awareness and ensuring proper emergency response procedures are understood.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency evacuation drills and exercises, evaluating effectiveness and providing feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, actions taken, and follow-up measures, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
• Stay updated with industry safety standards, regulations, and best practices, recommending improvements and enhancements to the hotel's safety program.
• Any construction work to be inspected
• Check and report PTW to Leader

• Saudi Nationality ONLY
• Good English Language
• Experience in the same field is preferable
• Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized & reliable
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
