Are you a detail-oriented individual with an eye for detail? Join our Team as a Rooms Attendant! 
As a Rooms Attendant, you'll ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all suites and rooms in the property, taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure; ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Regular cleaning duties of guest rooms and storage areas as allocated, to the required Novotel brand standard.
• Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs and address any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Inventory Management: Ensure supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

To be successful in this role, you have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service. Our ideal candidate has: 

• A keen eye for detail to ensure impeccable standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• A friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, and Public Holidays when required.
