The Role:

Novotel Sydney International Airport Hotel has a very exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a high performing team environment.  

In this role you will report directly to the General Manager and liaise with Regional Revenue Manager and Hotel Department Heads.

What will you do?

• Work closely with the Director of Sales to maximise revenue and achieve targets.
• Analyse market and hotel specific trends in order to accurately forecast future demand and apply strategies
• Ascertain and implement the ideal business mix for the Hotel
• Ensure optimal presence for business opportunities through brand websites, third party websites, CRO and GDS
• Use your strong analytical skills to correlate data from multiple sources.
• Create and analyse reports, and utilise these results to make strategic decisions.
• Utilise Opera PMS, EzRMS, OTA Insight and the Accor distribution system on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

What Will you need?

• Previous revenue and/or reservations experience is necessary to be successful in this role.
• You will have unlimited work rights in Australia
• Strong administration, exceptional communication and time management skills.
