We’re looking for passionate, skilled Restaurant Section Waiters to join our team. For us, great service isn’t just taking orders – it’s creating moments, telling stories, and making every guest feel like they belong. You’ll take pride in delivering warm, attentive, and memorable service that turns a meal into an experience guests will want to relive again and again. 

• Managing your section with confidence, precision, and genuine care. 

• Showcasing your knowledge by recommending dishes, pairing wines, and creating unforgettable dining moments. 

• Collaborating seamlessly with our sommelier and kitchen team to ensure a smooth service. 

• Upholding the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. 

• Promptly reporting any health or safety hazards, incidents, faults or repairs. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• You have a good understanding of food & beverage culture. 

• You are dynamic and willing to take on new challenges. 

• You can work in high volume, busy, fast paced environment.  

• You have had at least years' experience in a hatted style Restaurant.  

• You want to be a part of a diverse, fun and friendly environment. 

• Understanding of wine and wine styles, cocktails and premium spirits.  

• Great standards of personal presentation and people skills. 

• You are a great communicator. 

• Able to hold your own and have confidence running a busy section.
