What you’ll be doing:

Delivering exceptional service: You’ll create unforgettable experiences for every guest, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they walk in and enjoy seamless, professional food & beverage service.
Creating lasting connections: Get to know our VIPs and regulars on a personal level—remembering their names, their favourite coffees, and how they like their eggs. You’ll build those meaningful relationships that make every guest feel valued.
Leading a rockstar team: Recruit, inspire, and mentor our amazing breakfast team. You’ll empower them to deliver top-notch service every day and help them grow in their roles.
Making an impact on guest satisfaction: You’ll be constantly looking for ways to improve our service, using guest feedback to innovate and deliver even more extraordinary moments.
Being a Heartist ambassador: You’ll actively promote the best of Sofitel Noosa, ensuring guests know about all the amazing things we have to offer—whether it's a special promotion or a hidden gem on the resort grounds.
Innovating together: Collaborate with our kitchen and marketing teams to brainstorm creative ways to elevate our breakfast offerings and keep our service fresh, exciting, and one step ahead.
