Restaurant Manager

Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager located in the Heart of Australia.

• Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar and functions.
• Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Completing monthly beverage stock take
• Mentoring and Managing staff. 

About the Restaurant:

• A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.
• We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet, ala carte lunch and ala carte dinner.
• 1 main bar open 7 days a week 

• A natural leader who is able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a motivated team.
• Ability to be innovative and creative to bringing ideas to life!
• A true passion for Food and Beverage with a drive to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
