Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation Supervisor to join our team in İstanbul, Turkey. As a key member of our hospitality organization, you will oversee the reservation department, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing revenue through effective inventory management.

  • Lead and mentor the reservations team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
  • Manage daily reservation operations, including inventory control and rate management
  • Analyze booking trends and market conditions to optimize pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Front Office teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all reservations across various channels
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the reservation department
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Generate and analyze reservation reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in reservation management
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and customer service skills

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within hotel reservations or revenue management
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in reservation systems, PMS, CRM, and channel management tools
  • Excellent knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue optimization techniques
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with the İstanbul hospitality market and local tourism trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
