We are seeking a talented Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. If you are passionate about guest service, eager to be a part of something special and, ready to contribute to the success of a premier spa, we want to hear from you.

Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: November 2025
Rate of Pay: $16.88/hour plus 18% gratuities and commission. Compensation can reflect $65+ per hour while massage services are being performed. 

Job Duties Include:

• Ability to perform all massage, body and applicable add on treatments offered on the menu according to protocols
• Discovers guests’ needs and makes appropriate treatment and home care recommendations
• Presents warm, gracious and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
• Adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle
• Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
• Assists with linen stocking, laundry and spa cleaning
• Maintains treatment room inventory and other organizational tasks

• Previous experience as a massage therapist required
• Graduated from a recognized Massage Therapy College in a minimum 2200 hour program
• Must be registered in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association in Alberta
• All professional licenses are to be current
• CPR and First Aid certification is required
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including but not limited to:
  Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
  Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
  Occasional ascending or descending stairs and ramps
