Regional Food & Beverage & Entertainment Manager (m/f/d) – DACH, UK & Ireland and BeNeLux

Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences in restaurants and bars that enhance hotel stays? Join our team as a Regional F&B&E Manager (m/f/d) to support the VP of F&B&E Operations for Northern Europe in realizing Accor’s F&B&E vision across the region. Partner with hotels and industry stakeholders to establish vibrant dining venues, elevate guest satisfaction, and ensure financial success.

What will you do?

• You will focus on F&B&E for parts of the European region, with focus on the DACH, UK & Ireland and BeNeLux markets
• Support and execute the F&B&E vision and strategy for our region
• Collaborate with hotels to achieve F&B&E quality and financial performance targets.
• Evolve and adapt F&B&E brand standards, ensuring they reflect current trends and guest expectations.
• Partner with management on F&B&E elements for new projects, renovations, and hotel takeovers.
• Develop new value-adding initiatives aimed at strengthening our F&B&E-performance.
• Contribute to the implementation of ESG/CSR F&B&E initiatives.

Our ideal profile would be:

• Extensive experience in F&B operations and menu development, with P&L knowledge.
• Background in managing independent or hotel-based venues with a strong F&B presence.
• Blend of operational and entrepreneurial experience, ideally with regional or HQ exposure.
• International perspective and openness to current trends.
• Proficiency in English and German is essential; additional knowledge of other major European languages (e.g. French) is a plus.
