• Deliver a polished, welcoming arrival and departure experience, assisting with valet parking and luggage while proactively engaging guests.
• Actively identify opportunities to promote and upsell valet parking by clearly communicating its convenience, efficiency and premium benefits.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised assistance, drawing on a strong understanding of the hotel’s facilities, services and experiences.
• Maintain an immaculate lobby and porte-cochère environment, ensuring these spaces consistently reflect our luxury brand standards.
• Offer tailored recommendations for local dining, attractions and experiences, enhancing each guest’s stay beyond the hotel.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements including taxis, limousines and airport transfers with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless, joined-up guest experience.

What you will bring to the role:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and pride in representing a luxury brand.
• A natural ability to connect with guests, delivering personalised, proactive and intuitive service.
• Confidence in identifying and maximising upselling opportunities while maintaining a guest-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and professional presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to safely undertake manual handling tasks in line with lifting procedures.
• A valid full Australian driver’s licence.
