Centrally located in Darling Harbour, Novotel & Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour are home to two of Sydney’s most popular hotels, boasting 750+ rooms with breathtaking views of the harbour and city skyline.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic people-person to join our team as a Full-Time Porter. located in the heart of Sydney’s vibrant Darling Harbour, Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour is one of the city’s premier hotels. This role offers hands-on experience across all areas of Front Office, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Greet all guests as they arrive and depart the hotel.
• Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
• Escort guests to their room, placing luggage in room.
• Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage.
• Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.

• Previous experience working in a hotel or serviced apartments environment preferred.
• Good levels of written and spoken English.
• Sound knowledge of the local area.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Strong focus and passion for hotel operations
