Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick  Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick's rich culinary legacy. • The Hotel Harbor / Port Representative plays an important role in providing a good experience to guests from the beginning by creating a seamless, memorable and safe experience for all guest upon arrival at the port, during stay and when guest depart from the hotel.​
• Assist guests with the embarkation and disembarkation process. Picking up guests at the port and assisting them with the check-in and baggage process. ​
• Arrange guest transportation from the port to the hotel and vice versa.​
• Provide information about the hotel, facilities, and services to guests.​
• Handle problems faced by guests during the trip, such as delays or lost luggage.​
• Coordinate with the hotel to ensure that guests are well received and their needs are met.​
