The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in the Resort. This includes diagnosing plumbing issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing high-quality service to maintain efficient water and drainage systems.

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide cost-effective repair solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance to prevent system malfunctions.
• Install and maintain water heaters, water filtration systems, and other plumbing-related appliances.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
• Keep records of work performed, including time, materials, and costs.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes and regulations.

• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe materials, and installation techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent
