- Driving strategic growth initiatives and providing best-in-class operational excellence for all B2C Connected Partners across the region
- Rate parity & connectivity
- Key stakeholder management
- Staying abreast of digital & e-commerce advancements
- Management/ prioritization of strategic B2C accounts projects/initiatives
- Utilizing Data to make strategic decisions resulting in added value and performance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar related role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing projects in the online distribution space
- Minimum of 1 year of team management
- Strong operational & project management skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Tableau etc.)
- Knowledge of hotel distribution and online travel agencies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail
- Second language advantageous (Southeast Asian language preferred)
