Job Description

Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa is seeking an experienced and service-driven In-Villa Dining Manager to lead our exclusive villa dining operations and oversee all private dining experiences across the resort. About the role

  • Assists F&B Manager to oversee the operations and lead the team to ensure flawless guest experience.
  • Manage the complete Room Service / In-Villa Dining operation to ensure flawless, timely, and personalized service for all villas.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all private dinners, including beach dinners, destination dining and special celebrations.
  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the In-Villa Dining team.
  • Set, implement, and review service standards to ensure consistent quality.
  • Monitor guest preferences, handle special requests, and ensure every private dining experience is uniquely tailored.
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of employees professionalism.
  • Focused on guest feedback and always improve the guest satisfaction scores
  • Checks outlet’s cleanliness to ensure that it complies with health, safety and hygiene policy 
  • Drive creative enhancements to villa dining concepts, destination dining setups, and special event offerings.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire a multicultural team.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, flexible working hours ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
