Night Cleaner (part time)

Join our five star luxury property, located in the heart of beautiful Queenstown and assist in the operations of the Front Office Team. 

We are currently looking for a professional, motivated individual who has a passion for customer service to join our team as Night Cleaner on a part time basis (2 nights per week).

Responsibilities include:

• Provide quality service to the guest by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
• Ensure smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, maintaining maximum guest satisfaction.
• Responsibly ensure the safety and security of the property.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Public Areas and carry out regular cleaning duties.

You will harness your luxury attitude, with humble excellence, a distinguished presence, and elevated emotional intelligence. Your pride and passion will be complemented by:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 star experience.
• Full, clean valid New Zealand drivers license is essential.
• Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
