Job Description

Overview:
Join our team as a Part Time Night Auditor where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless guest experience during their stay. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our hotel, providing exceptional service, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the hospitality industry and work in a dynamic environment. This position is for 2 nights a week, including at least one weekend night. Hourly rate: $20/hour

What you'll do...

  • Conduct the nightly audit process to reconcile all daily transactions and prepare reports for management
  • Welcome guests upon arrival during late hours and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with various departments to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
  • Perform any additional tasks as required during the night shift

 


Qualifications

What we are looking for...

  • Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest relations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and handling calls with professionalism
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and reports
  • Flexible availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
