This is a permanent full-time multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.88 per hour.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a high-energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests.

Located just minutes away from Ealing Broadway station, our 3-star hotel offers 120 rooms, a cosy bar and an inspiring restaurant/breakfast area.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Multi-Skilled Team Member to join our dynamic team in the London Borough of Ealing, United Kingdom. This versatile role involves working across various departments, including the kitchen, restaurant, bar, and reception. As a Multi-Skilled Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through your diverse skill set and commitment to customer satisfaction

• Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
• Maintains security by following procedures
• Keeps a safe and clean working areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• This may include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast and Bar, and supporting the Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• A commitment to delivering high levels of guest service
• A smart and professional appearance
• Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Opera Cloud knowledge
