Maintenance Agent-Technician
You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

1. Must have a full working knowledge of all the hotel’s mechanical systems.
2. Operation of the hotel’s BMS system.
3. Take meter readings of natural gas, fuel and water on a daily basis.
4. Implement the trouble reporting system effectively.
5. Implement the planned preventive maintenance system.
6. Keep the engineering department logs in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Execute the work order / request system properly.
8. Patrol and inspect all areas of the hotel on a regular basis.
9. Keep the work area clean, neat and organized.
10. Operation and maintenance of all the mechanical systems in the hotel.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

1. Technical high school diploma.
2. Must be technically competent.
3. Must be computer literate, with BMS experience.
4. Sufficient reading, writing and oral skills in the English language.
