Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Lead a team of up to 10 team leads and onboarding & support specialists in Bangkok, overseeing daily operations to ensure the successful deployment and usage of Revenue Management Systems.
  • Cultivate a supportive and client-focused atmosphere by guiding and supporting the team, meeting deployment targets, and adhering to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to provide outstanding support and enhance revenue management processes, leveraging expertise in RMS, CRS, and PMS, and demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • 6-10+ years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, including team management experience. Proven expertise as a "super-user" of Revenue Management Systems, with a strong working knowledge of PMS, CRS, Channel Management, and other hotel systems.
  • Ability to autonomously work in high-pressure situations, effectively drive team performance and growth, and foster a positive team environment. Good organizational and time management skills, with strong prioritization, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in a second language (French, Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) considered a plus. Passionate about helping leading hotels capitalize on revenue management opportunities.
