Job Description

 

  • Oversee and provide strategic direction for Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security operations, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Drive brand audits, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency while identifying market trends and maintaining competitiveness.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture aligned with business objectives and stakeholder interests, including guests, employees, owners, and Accor.
  • Act as a strategic advisor across departments, contributing to goal-setting and business improvements while managing short- and long-term financial objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, championing Movenpick and Accor culture and values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in operations.

 


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and analytical skills with experience in performance management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficiency in relevant software and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
