 Ibis Sydney World Square is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As our Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our hotel's efficient and effective maintenance operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the overall success of our business.

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the hotel's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained and operating at peak performance
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and tradespeople, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and motivated to deliver exceptional service
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance activities to minimise disruptions and maximise asset uptime
• Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

• Extensive experience (2+ years) in a maintenance management or supervisory role, preferably in the hotel, hospitality, or facilities management industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and data analytics tools Gaia 2.2
