About Us:
Novotel Birmingham is a vibrant 4-star hotel in the heart of the city, offering guests exceptional service, modern comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our hotel features a bar and restaurant, 9 versatile meeting rooms, and wellness facilities including a gym, sauna, and steam room. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards across all areas, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team.

The Role:
As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, systems, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. You will lead a small maintenance team, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including LOLER and other statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all hotel plant, equipment, and building systems.

• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team.

• Ensure timely completion of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.

• Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

• Manage maintenance budgets and supplier contracts effectively.

• Contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and high-quality environment for guests and staff.
