Job Description

  • Prepares and delivers L&D programs to colleagues aligned with the hotel brand and communicates with training providers. ​

  • Oversees the internship program by building strong partnerships with schools, orienting, and mentoring all trainees. ​

  • Increases colleague engagement by actively leading and participating in events, conceptualization, planning, hosting, and creating communication material.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree in Communications, Education, Psychology or any related field is an asset. ​

  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in designing, developing and delivering training programs in a luxury hotel is an advantage. ​

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.​

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.​

  • In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
