Kitchen Attendant / Steward Roles – Elysium Noosa Resort

Reporting to the Chief Steward, your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Keep the workspace safe, clean, and tidy

• Make sure kitchens and staff areas are stocked with clean, sanitised, and dry equipment

• Use chemicals and equipment correctly, following the instructions provided

• Run the dishwashing machines as needed

• Help out with deep cleaning in the kitchens

• Put away equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware safely and hygienically

• Demonstrated experience in a similar high volume, fast paced hospitality environment

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to operate effectively both collaboratively and independently

• Flexibility to work across rotating rosters, including weekends and both AM/PM shifts

• Commitment to achieving excellence, with a results‑driven approach and focus on high standards
