YOUR MISSION - Preparing hot and cold dishes to a high standard for all our Guests.

Receiving and checking deliveries, Washing the dishes and kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment and production areas.

Maintaining cleanliness of the pantry, fridges and freezers. Complying with Food Safety regulations

Creating new menu ideas.
