Step into an exciting role where your organizational flair and passion for communication come alive! As a Junior Events & Key Communication Projects Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable conventions and events that reflect the spirit of Accor. From planning to execution, this dynamic position is your gateway to impactful collaborations and creative opportunities.

• Plan and manage large-scale conventions and events from conception to completion.
• Organize RFPs (Requests for Proposals) for agencies and conduct briefings.
• Coordinate with event agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute 360-degree communication projects

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or communications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in interacting with various stakeholders, including executives within Accor.
