In Room Dining Captain

In Room Dining Captain

Our In-Room Dining Captain is responsible for assisting in the daily management of the In-Room Dining department, maximizing service delivery in all areas of the outlet, and ensuring the principles of the Resort Experience are extended to all guests.

Starting Rate of Pay: $19.00

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.35 per hour.

Job Duties Include:

• Ensure all accounts are being processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure daily smooth operation of the department, maintaining high staff morale and team spirit
• Monitor labour on a daily basis
• Participate in the training and coaching of new and existing team members
• Provide support to the management team and F&B Division as required

• Supervisory experience in a food and beverage department
• Experience in an In-Room Dining position is an asset
• Serving It Right
• Leadership and motivational skills are required
