Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Housekeeping Order Taker to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a crucial member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for efficiently managing housekeeping requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Answer and process housekeeping requests from guests via phone, in-person, or through the hotel management system
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests
  • Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping orders and their status
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to housekeeping services
  • Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist in training new team members on order-taking procedures and guest interaction protocols
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the housekeeping department

Qualifications

  • Saudi nationality is required for this position
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in using hotel management systems and basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards in the hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally
