• Ensures that guests' have a smooth running stay at the hotel
• Manages and motivates housekeeping team in order to provide high quality services for guests
• Ensures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets
• Implements brand and Group projects and identity features 

• Leadership, autonomy and strong decision making skills
• Ability to manage relationship
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent communication in Romanian and English
• Experience into a similar position 

• Interesting and challenging job, operation of a 118 rooms, MICE space of aprox. 450 sqm, restaurant, bar
