• Develop the annual budget and capital investments budget
• Attain the sales, quality and financial targets of the hotel
• Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, etc) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals
• Drive ambassadors engagement

• Leadership, autonomy and strong decision making skills
