Hostess

Passionate about F&B? As a Hostess, you will create a friendly and hospitable environment & work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet
• Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions
• Communicates directly with guests i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations
• Maintains a professional / friendly, yet discreet relationship with the outlet patrons to ensure their well-being.
• Teamwork skills to help take on tasks outside of their specific job description and to help other team members with service

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus
