What you’ll do

We are looking for a Host/Hostess to be part of the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the Guidance of the Outlet Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a perfect first impression on all guests entering the restaurant/bar, while strategizing the flow of clients, securing large parties and events and ensuring guest have a flawless experience:

• Greet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation.
• Host large parties when scheduled.
• Ensure ambiance is appropriate, including music, temperature, lighting.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Approach guest and collect information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements.
• Constantly provide guests with accurate information about property as well as entertainment offered.
• Confirm reservations and answer daily email inquiries in timely manner.
