Job Description

 

  • To assist dispatching check in, check out and room deliveries requests ensuring a smooth daily operation.
  • To maintain a clean and organized concierge storage area.
  • To handle all administrative and technical responsibilities such as but not limited (Invoice submission, keeping the tracking sheets up to date etc..)

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
  • Certification: Hospitality management certifications can be advantageous.

Experience

  • Previous Experience: Experience in customer service or hospitality roles, ideally in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Management Experience: Supervisory experience can be beneficial.

Skills

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with guests and address their needs promptly.

Personal Attributes

  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with various departments within the hotel.
