Our facilities include our Ten Stories Restaurant, Arches Bar on Market, Meeting Rooms and Conferencing spaces including a heritage-listed ballroom seating up to 400 people, fully equipped fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and award-winning Spa Centre, Spa and Sport.

Swissôtel Sydney is looking to welcome Guest Service Agents to join our growing Front Office team. As Guest Service Agent, your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us through providing warm, responsive and luxury service.  


Job Description

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out
  • Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions
  • Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities
  • Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner 

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent Tertiary degree in Hospitality.

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous Front Office experience within a luxury environment is desirable 
  • Previous experience with Opera Cloud is an advantage 
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, evenings and public holidays
  • A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for people
  • Candidates to have work right in Australia (we are opened for Full Time, Part Time, and Casual employment opportunity)
